We proudly employed 16 teenagers and 4 adult mentors and travelled successfully throughout the city with FREE engineering workshops and FREE interactive productions.
The work we do outdoors equitably pays everyone an hourly wage of $20 or more per hour — for rehearsal, design and performance hours. This is an incredibly unique model for a small, non-equity theater. We also offer skilled and intentional mentorship, along with our unique Celebration Training Curriculum and dynamic engineering workshops.
